My (In)Famous Artichoke Dip

I had to do a recipe exchange & I sent the one thing that I can make, so I figured that I would post the recipe here since several people have asked me for it.

4 Cans Quartered Artichokes (Drain out liquid)


6 Cups Light Mayonnaise

2 Packages of Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Garlic Salt (to taste)



Mix together artichokes, mayo, 1 package of cheese & garlic salt in a casserole bowl.

Sprinkle the 2nd package of cheese on top.

Bake at 400 for about 30-45 minutes (until top is golden brown & bubbling)



This makes a big bowl-enough for a party. I serve it with toasted pita or tortilla chips.

Could it be any easier?!?  And...b**ch it's the bomb like tic tic...lol!
