Happy Super Bowl Sunday!

So, the Super Bowl is tonight. I guess I'll root for the Pats because Tom Brady is so cute :) I have no interest in football anymore...I'm scarred by years of watching X's games. The musical line up tonight is ecclectic to say the least. Jordin Sparks is singing the National Anthem. Pre Show performers are Willie Nelson and Alicia Keys. Ok-Jessica Simpson and Willie Nelson would make more sense, but whatever! Tom Petty and Paula Abdul are slated for Half Time. Paula Abdul?!?! She has a new single out...it's actually not bad, but...Paula Abdul?!? This could be as trainwreck-tastic as the Britney VMA debacle! Um, straight up now tell me-isn't Alicia Keys more appropriate for the Half Time show? Paula can't even judge American Idol without being loaded. Should be interesting. Speaking of trainwreck-tastic Half Time shows, have you heard Janet Jackson's new single "Feedback"? It's growing on me. How come Mr. Justin Timberlake came out of that whole scandal smelling like a rose?!? And then there are the all important commercials. Speaking of JT, there's a Pepsi ad that has been leaked on the net. Very cute. And there's supposed to be a Brad Pitt one as well. Fed Ex is getting the most buzz, and there's a Victoria's Secret one too. I got my hair colored on Friday and it is now red. Think Julia Roberts, not Lucille Ball. You can barely tell that it's red until I go in the sun. And...I had bangs cut into my hair. Lissy did it first, and I was inspired. I'm not sure about them yet. Stay tuned. Lissy and Jake are having a little get together tonight for the game. The last time they had people over for the Super Bowl was when Janet Jackson had that infamous "wardrobe malfunction" and they had just gotten Tivo (and they were just about the only ones that had it, so good thng that we were at their house!). We were all like "WTF? Did that just happen?" And played it back like 20 times. Oh, and btw, "wardrobe malfunction" my ass. Do you mean to tell me that she wears that f***ing meidevil looking shield thing on her nipple on a daily basis?!? As if!
I have had a headache for about 4 days nows. I am in danger of ODing on Excedrin Migraine. It sucks. I stayed in bed all day yesterday, and I slept well last night, but I have racoon like circles around my eyes. I just used a sh*tload of concealer-"A little powder, a little paint makes the lady what she ain't"-thank G*d for warpaint, um, I mean makeup. On Friday, I was in the pissiest mood. I didn't sleep on Wednesday or Thursday night, and lack of sleep makes me VERY cranky. I was out of the office more than I was in this week, and I was drowning in paperwork and files...Yuck! This too shall pass, right? So, basically I ate a bowl full of bitch flakes for breakfast on Friday morning. So, to anyone who I offended, I'm sorry. (Lissy and Paula, this means you!) Anyways, that's all I've got to say for now. I have to go shopping for the ingredients for my world famous artichoke dip. I am contemplating making snickerdoodles (btw, my snickerdoodles rock!) but I'll probably punk out and just make brownies! Ok, I'm out of here!
