Twas 3 Nights Before Christmas...

Hello, all! I am sitting here on the couch with my 2 gorgeous nephews (with them, not ON them as the picture might suggest...LOL!). Lissy & Jacob are out on a date. The boys & I are watching "Jungle Book" (You know..."Bare Necessities..."). They just ate popcorn on the couch (Shhh, don't tell Jacob!) and now they are laying on their pillows, foot to foot, sharing a blanket. So cute! I'm going to see my Mom & my Gran tomorrow & then I'm bring our friend Jodi back with me (She's on the East Coast visiting her 'rents from Chi-town). So, we had our rockin' office holiday party extravaganza last night. Yup, all four of us went to Cheesecake Factory (well, technically we were five because our company generously allows spouses to come...Ha Ha. Paula's boyfriend came with). Anyhoo...Paula was awarded "Employee of the Year" (by process of elimination, since she is our ONLY employee). Jacob gave a long winded speech & we were laughing so hard that I was literally crying! Then, we gave her her Christmas prezzies. OMG, she LOVED them! We got her a super cute pink & green Juicy purse (she's just like me...all about the pink!) and a good straightening iron. She got teary eyed...very touching! She's totally adorkable...a perfect fit with us. And then...we gave Jacob an iPhone. He went banana sandwiches! He was up all night programming it & then couldn't activate it because our business cell phone account is in my name & he needed my SS#. Then, he couldn't sync it with his iTunes. Guess who figured that out?!? Oh, yeah...me! I've got all sorts of hidden talents! (BTW, that iPhone is un-f**king-believable! So bummed that I can't have one, but our computer program only syncs with CRAPPY Palm OS...so unfair, right?) Ok, so I had my hair colored today & there was a lady there who had to be at least 70. In case you don't know, you go in the bathroom, take off your shirt, hang it on a hanger, put on a smock & go out to your hair stylist. Um, I guess she didn't get the memo, because I was flipping through a magazine, then I glance up, and there she is, exiting the bathroom in her bra, smock in her hand. Um, OMG! Maggie (the owner, Love her BTW) ran over & hurried her into her smock. Then, later on, while I was under the dryer, she went back to the scene of the crime (the bathroom) and peed with the door WIDE OPEN. Ok, nobody wants to see that. I'm f**king scarred for life now. Ick!! Incidentally, I just looked up at Joshie & he's rockin' a Juicy pacifier that I bought him. It's navy blue & says "Heir To The Throne" in baby blue. Can you say "S-P-O-I-L-E-D" ?!? Would you expect anything less? Oh, well, it's all good (in the hood). Lissy & Jacob gave me an AWESOME basket for Christmas! Everything is pink & brown...so cute, so me! There was stationary with an "N" (You know, for "Mickey"), coasters (which I am in desperate need of) also with an "N" (I'm big on personalized stuff...I'm territorial, so I like my sh*t labeled...LOL!), dessert plates, cocktail napkins, a martini shaker, a high heel cake cutter & a partridge in a pear tree...oh,no, wait...it was a Lolita "Shopaholic" wine glass. BTW, I collect those...wine or martini, just in case you ever need to buy me a prezzie. I am also always happy to accept little blue boxes. Anyway, it was really so so cute, and very thoughtful...just like Lissy! And my "Lil' One" (Paula-she's like 4'11" as opposed to my 5'9", hence the title that I have bestowed upon her) gave Lissy & I really pretty Juicy stud earrings ("The same ones, because I know that you guys like to match". Ok, we are such five year olds, I know, I know) that I am actually wearing as we speak! I love them...they are pink, what's not to love? Well, I am going to wrap this up now, and go snuggle with my Joshie.
