Let The Countdown Begin...

45 days until National Niki Day, um, I mean my birthday. (44 until my "Australian Birthday". That's right...I was born in Australia and they are a day ahead...do the math!) I love, love, love my birthday. It's all about me...Good times :) I want to go to Vegas for a big birthday extravaganza, but it looks like that's not happening. Oh, well. Okay, enough about the birthday (for now). I am going to look at a coach home with a pool tomorrow. So excited! No more "cheap" apartment for me...LOL! My realtor's name is Mike Dyke. I kid you not. It's really challenging to find a place that will allow my 2 dogs. Not a shocker, thank G*d that the market sucks right now. Speaking of moving, Lissy and Jacob moved this weekend into a BEAUTIFUL house with a pool. I spent a lot of time with my nephews. Noah slept over on Sunday night. He is so cute. I gave them a bath (Uh-huh...just call me "Super Aunt"!) and while I was in there with them, Noah says "I like you so much, Mickey. I love you. You're so nice to me. You're my best friend." Ok, seriously...he's the sweetest little boy on the planet! And Joshie, or "Mean Little Dude" as we've taken to calling him lately, is adore-a-ble!!! His new thing is: "Joshie, can I have a kiss?" "NO! CRY!" He tells you to cry for a kiss. Hence, "Mean Little Dude". Anyhoo, everything else is status quo, no complaints, no dates, no drama, quiet on the home front. I'm showing my apartment to someone tonight...wish me luck! Gotta go now...
